Client should know where messages come from

All messages sent to a user should also contain the name of the sender, ideally as {group,"nu"} or {client,"blah"}.

This way we can not just filter mesaages but also colour code them.

    All senders are now indentified by {clientType,clientName}, where client name can be client or group & clientName is the name of the client or group
