Using AJAX pagination breaks hover functionality

When we use pagination with AJAX, the new hover information is not returned, meaning that the user is unable to get this functionality.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
Fixed issues with the feature show action, will need to do the same for the other items.

Issue now fixed in the project view.
