Should be able to click a features path and view the source feature file

When viewing a feature that has a path, we should be able to click on the path and view a copy of the source file.

Initial functionality implemented.
Now need to implement the enhanced version which will use a lightbox type dialog to display the feature files content.
For this change we will also remove the original file panel icon and place the link on the actual file path

Now implemented the client side functionality to retrieve a source feature file via AJAX and display the response in a jQuery-UI based dialog box.
Should review the action name, along with its layout, with the view to make the contents more presentable.
Also need to implement spec for our AJAX call, which we had trouble getting to pass.

The action name has been renamed to source which is more meaningful, still need to implement acceptance tests for viewing a features source file from a list of features.

functionality is implemented.
having issues with selenium based AJAX calls so this is failing for the moment, will leave open until this is resolved
