Optimise the retrieval of feature files

Getting a list of feature files is taking quite a long time, we need a way to improve this.

- Milestone cleared.
We'll hold this off until we have refactored Salad::FeatureFile. Which will take advantage of Cucumber::FeatureFile to generate our features.
