Must be able to use the Lighthouse API key to access the project

To talk with Lighthouse the application will need the API key for the Lighthouse project we want to import feature requests from.

Instead of using the API key we user the account name a project number which is stored in the LightHouse model. It may be the case that we should refactor this feature but we'll look into this at a later date.
