Should be able to get all tickets which have a specific tag

At first we'll use the feature tag but this should be customisable by the user.
The system should be able to find all tickets with this tag and the user should be able to decide which tickets will be pulled into the parked section.

Now able to retrieve a list of tickets with a given tag from lighthouse.
It would be nice if Salad remembered the tags we have searched for in the past but we'll review this later after this iteration
