All CRUD functionality should be AJAXified

We need to be able to make CRUD calls via AJAX and get the exact same response as normal HTTP request

At the moment we have covered most bases (Project, Feature, Story, Steps) but we need to resolve some issues that have been lingering with the selenium tests. Though part of the real pain is that db_cleaner truncates the wrong database, which means we should not rely on fixtures for obvious reasons.
