Need to remove unique rules from client side form validation

At the moment our client side validation is checking whether an edited entry has a unique field. As we are editing the field already exists this should be turned off.
Ideally only when the field data has not been changed

Added clause to our validation scripts to remove the uniqueness check if the user is editing an item
