Resolve rendering issue with AJAX based responses

At the moment, due to the removal of the side bar, our layout is being broken when we render the resulting data. Though form based views do not display the sidebar we would want to change the DOM to accommodate for this.
The simplest solution would be to just jS based redirect to the given page.
The nicest way would be to manipulate the DOM to simulate the DOM structure of the usual layout.

Refactored views to change the content div's ID, and add the sidebar to the DOM.
Also refactored the form script to call tipsy and animateIconPanel once the DOM has been manipulated.
I'd still like to manipulate the DOM further totally removing the need for our RJS files but will have to do alot of leg work to get this down in its present state.

Refactored the form script to handle converting the DOM.
The only thing the RJS files are doing now is rendering our sortable list and the items information.

Need to review the parking tickets view and what it should render once a ticket has been included into the system.
Also need to show the same attention to the creation of new resources

Added as technical dept, all seems fine but we have not back up these findings with examples.
We need to verify that all JS functionality that is available when viewing an item should be rendered and functional when the form renders its response.
