Write scenario's to cover rendering flash messages with AJAX responses

At present I'm having issues running selenium on my mac so I've had to refactor the responses for AjAX forms.

I've created a new plugin jquery.render.flash.message.js which now handles this functionality allowing us to remove the duplication in the create RJS files.
