Lighthouse has a new layout. Prefer the old one? Return to the old layout, and switch back any time from the link at the top of each page.

Should disable the form when submitted

At the moment submit buttons are not disabled, allowing the user to submit multiple times.

This is more so an issue with the import feature as it takes time to re-render the import layout once a feature has been imported.
