Should display a features file name where available

We should display a features file name and possibly it's full path if there is on available.
Once this is implemented, we should allow users to create a a new feature file when and after creating a new feature via Salad.

When view a projects features, ideally we want to display each features file path also.
Eventually these paths will house the same onclick functionality we implemented for our features show action.

Have implemented functionality to display the features source file content. Have also added jQuery functionality for displaying the file content in a dialog box via an AJAX call.
I have neglected to display the features full path location, as they can be quite long.
We'll leave this ticket open until the features sortable list display a features file name.
