Change item panel's layout

At present all panel actions are purely icon based, which is making it hard to determine which icons relate to what action. To improve this we should experiment with this layout and make the buttons text or both text and icons.

Refactored to improve the panel layout, now only using text as I had issues getting text and icons to play nice
