Implement pending enhanced steps

There a Lee a number of pending selenium scenarios which need to be implemented.
The first step is to determine which scenarios need to be covered, then we can go through them one by one and get them passing.
All scenarios that have not got backing by already created functionality may need to be moved to separate branches until we find the time to implement the needed functionality.
