Add more information to the changes action

It would be better if we had some diff stats displayed on the changes action.
How many lines have changed & date the feature file was last changed would be a good place to start.

Added legend system_merge & merge views

Refactored the legend partial and added it to the changes view.
Next will be looking into how easy it will be to add the number of lines changed.
