Improve the general performance of importing a feature

When a project has a number of feature files it can take a long time for the import related functionality to respond.

A way to solve this would to be run a background task when a project is created or viewed to compare the features stores to the one actually in the project.

The results would be cached and it would be the cached results that would be retrieved when importing and comparing feature files.

It would also need to be updated anytime a new feature is created or modified.
