Setup features to have revisions.

In some cases are feature file content changes but we have no way of tracking these changes. To solve this we will add revisions to our features.
Ideally we want to track a feature content and file name changes. I'm not quite sure how to best tackle this but we'll start by setting up revisions for content first and worry about the other feature later.
