Enhance the example tables

When a user hovers over a example we want each of the example items to replace their place holders in the scenario outline. When the mouse is out we want to revert back to the place holders

Added basic functinality. Would be nice to pretty it up some but I think this will do for now.
Next need to implement acceptance tests.
