Not essential to the release of this version.

As there is basic functionality for this we'll put this on hold until near the end of this iteration.

This is now resolved after modifying our features/support/env.rb file with the following

Should check to see if there are one or more features to import into the project

Refactored the import_features steps so that the scenarios run quicker, the tests now run at a reasonable speed

Will put this ticket on hold until we have time to look into display the amount of lines changed

Refactored the legend partial and added it to the changes view.

Next will be looking into how easy it will be to add the number of lines changed.

Look into using delayed job to deal with running this in the background
