Removal of the side bar when not used

Some actions do not require a side bar, in these occasions we should not render a sidebar and use an adjusted CSS file (ie. no-sidebar.css)

Now using a separate layout for our form based views.

Basic functionality now implemented and being used. Still need to refactor some of the CSS and AJAX responses to so that our data is represented in the expected layout.
