This would be where all lighthouse based features will live.
We'll need this functionality before we pull in features from Lighthouse.
The format of the feature request does not matter much as it will be used as a template to generate the actual feature file.

Added basic area, will work on building up this functionality, whilst working on importing our lighthouse tickets.

Will hold this back for another milestone, possibly 0.8.2 if we have enough time.
The functionality could definately do with some improvement but it is not essential to the delivery of this milestone, so no point holding back the release.
For the future functionality like this should be branched and only merged once we are really happy with it.
