Allow users to import all features

One thing that will help decrease the amount of time it takes to load the import and import_feature actions would be to allow a user to import all features at a click of a button.
It would be a good idea to male this a background process and display a flash message once the process has been completed.

Basic functionality now implemented, will make this a background process as the next step.
Not sure if this next step will be implemented in 0.8.0 or moved to another milestone.
