Cleanup step definitions

Reported by baphled@boodah.net | June 27th, 2010 @ 08:45 PM | in 0.8.2

A lot of our step definitions over lap and/or could be implemented better.

We need to review each step and refactor them accordingly.

The first set of steps will be the basic and incrementally move on from there.

Once we have cleaned up all our visit based steps we'll go over our other steps to make them more flexible, removing all duplicate and unused steps

Removed a bunch of unused steps by using the ueage format and cross referencing the unused with all our features.

Next step is to go over all of the remaining steps and refactor the ones that either are not explicit or could be centralised.

Centralised our 'there are' and 'there is a' steps so that they are generic and moved them to the general_steps file.

Have also gone through all the steps that needed refactoring or improved and refactored all but two of them. These will be done at a later stage when we have removed the remaining unused steps.

Centralised most of the general steps into one helper. Also removed the rest of our unused steps.

We'll give our steps a once over after we have cleaned up our specs

Pending specs have been implemented, still need to review them and make them more readable.
