Verify all sidebar functionality setup for AJAX calls

For some reason the side bar information is not being rendered for both the featurse and projects. Need to check that all calls that need a sidebar have them rendered

Resolved issue with both the feature and project RJS responses, which now render the sidebar with the hover items

Added basic scenario to make sure that the sidebar is not rendered whilst viewing the form but is rendered once the form is submitted.
Would be a good idea to make sure that the hover functionality still works when hovering over the saved item (project, feature or story).
