Refactor form based steps

At the moment we have a numbe of scenarios that need to have valid form input.
Instead of setting this up all the time it would be a good idea to have a few wrapper steps which allow us to fill in these forms by simply calling something like 'when we fill in the "project" form', which. Will do all the filling in of us.

Added wrappers for filling in our basic forms, This has already been done in a separate branch but was essential to getting our scenarios passing in this one. Will need to review this and merge appropriately.

Refactored the features feature file and its associated steps, in turn creating form helper which helps us to fill in our form, will need to do the same for the other models (projects, stories & steps)

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
Done the same for the project, steps and stories features.
Added a new form based helper to help us fill in our form with duplicate data, this primarily will be used to check for uniqueness and the responses around it.
